Founder and President of Poland-U.S. Operations (PLUS Ops), Ron enlisted in the United States Air Force (USAF) in 2001. He was accepted to the United States Air Force Academy, and graduated in 2008 as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer. In 2012, Ron was selected as the Air Force Programs Officer at the U.S. Embassy in the Office of Defense Cooperation Warsaw, Poland. Ron has also served as an Instructor of Security Cooperation Studies at the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) and is currently a co-chair of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM)-Poland Defense Committee.

Mohammad is from Kabul, Afghanistan and was awarded Bachelor’s Degrees in Dentistry (DMD - Doctor of Dental Medicine) as well as Administration and Management. +2 years of experience as a Real Estate Portfolio Analyst and Real Estate Manager for American and Polish international business services organizations. Mohammad is a graduate of the European Academy of Diplomacy, Academy of Young Diplomats program.
PLUS Ops Member of the Board and Sales Managing Director for Pol-Mare, a Polish-based freight forwarder and PLUS Ops partner! With a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Gdańsk, Maciej is an experienced Business Development and Operations Executive, and has been instrumental to the growth of both PLUS Ops and Pol-Mare portfolios throughout Poland and Central Europe.
Jim graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2012 and was commissioned as an Armor officer. In 2016, he was assigned to U.S. Army-Europe with the 2nd Cavalry Regiment. His responsibilities included planning and coordinating multiple multinational exercises, organizing and overseeing new equipment fielding efforts, serving as a liaison officer to a NATO headquarters, and commanding a reconnaissance unit. Jim has resided in Poland since 2020 and graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow with a M.A. in International Security and Development. As a volunteer, Jim has developed and executed junior officer's tactical training courses for the Ukrainian Naval Infantry Corps and National Guard of Ukraine.
A graduate of the Seattle University, in 2020 Aaron was selected as the Air Force Foreign Military Sales C-130 Program Manager and In-Host Country Liaison Officer to the Polish Air Force. His responsibilities included managing and coordinating over $1B in Foreign Military Sales programs between the United States and the Republic of Poland. In addition, Aaron trained Polish personnel on NATO and US systems revamping acquisition and logistics procedures as part of the NATO Ally Integration Objective and supporting Building Partnership Capacity, Excess Defense Articles, International Agreements, Acquisitions, Security Cooperation Office operations, and other authorizations and appropriations under Title 10 and Title 22 of U.S. Code. Aaron also served as a Lead Logistics Officer to the Presidential Airlift Missions in European Theater ensuring successful VIP missions.
COL(R) Ray Wojcik is a Senior Defense Consultant supporting companies seeking business opportunities in Poland. During two U.S. Embassy Warsaw tours, he served as Army Attaché, as Army and Special Operations Forces Affairs Officer, and Deputy Chief, Office of Defense Cooperation. His 32-year Army career includes service as a soldier, non-commissioned officer and officer, in multiple tactical to strategic assignments, including Foreign Area Officer duties. His expertise includes international defense cooperation, Foreign Military Sales, International Education and Training, and Policy and Defense planning. After the Army, he led the Warsaw office of the Center of European Policy Analysis (CEPA). At CEPA, he led international discussions, conferences, and coauthored reports on how America and western allies can work with Central/Eastern Europe allies, to strengthen NATO’s Eastern Flank. He completed a year-long course at Poland’s National Defense University and master’s programs at the Defense Intelligence Agency, and Army Command and General Staff College.
Kasia holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Warsaw and leads PLUS Ops’ recruiting and employee welfare programs, ensuring the development and retention of a highly skilled and motivated workforce. Overseeing multiple years of +100% annual personnel growth, Kasia implements and executes Human Resources policy, onboarding, payroll, leave, timecard management, and a host of other responsibilities.
Originally from Texas where he earned his B.S in Planning and International Studies, Alberto later attending the Jagiellonian University in Krakow to earn a MA. He provides program management and data entry support for logistics and services contracts throughout Europe.
Anastasiia was born in Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region, Ukraine. She has been living in Poland since 2011 where she completed M.A. Degrees in English Philology and International Management with her thesis titled “Contract Lifecycle Management: Administration of U.S. military contracts.” Working for Polish companies, Ana has captured over $10M in international government and military contracts. As part of PLUS Ops’ seminar series on government contracting, she has played an instrumental role in educating over 400 Polish organizations and institutions, helping them to benefit economically from the growth of U.S. forces in the region. Additionally, Ana co-authored PLUS Ops’ Ministry of Development and Technology (MRiT) contracted guide on government procurement.
Ewelina has over five years of experience in the field of international military and government tenders/contracts. She is a graduate in the Study of Law, Administration, And Economy from Wrocław University. Her experience includes capture and execution of over $20 million USD in contracts with responsibilities such as: International tendering procedures (military-related), negotiation of contract terms, preparation of sales and rental offers on the international military and civilian market, handling foreign tender platforms, active searching for potential foreign customers and promotion of the company's goods and services, as well as monitoring and analyzing market data on potential customers’ and competitors' activities.
